Here are the 4 possibilities:
-> You wish to cancel or modify your order
We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to email@example.com
Beyond this time the items will have already been shipped...
-> You have not received your package
Our average delivery times are 7 to 18 days.
If you are not in Europe, allow a few extra days before receiving your item.
If you do not receive your item within 45 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.
Contact us at info@ wappiot.com to report an item not received.
-> You received your item but you are not satisfied with it
No worries ! You can return to us your item up to 15 days after receipt .
Here's how in 3 steps:
- Contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org to let you know that you want to make a return
- We send you the return procedure
- Send your article along with the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.
After receipt of the item in our warehouses, we will refund the total amount of your purchase in the form of a voucher.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
-> You received your item but it arrived broken
It happens that your package is shaken during delivery and that your object arrives broken.
In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us (within 2 days of receipt) at email@example.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The description of the problem (erroneous / defective item, ...)
- A photo or video
We will send your file to the production factory so that they can analyze the problem, if there is a defect or the item has arrived broken or with a defect, you can choose between a refund or a return to new entirely to our charge.
