Here are the 4 possibilities:

-> You wish to cancel or modify your order
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to info@wappiot.com

Beyond this time the items will have already been shipped...

-> You have not received your package
Our average delivery times are 7 to 18 days.
If you are not in Europe, please allow a few extra days to receive your item.

If you do not receive your item within 45 days then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Contact us at info@wappiot.com to report an item not received.

-> You have received your item but you are not satisfied with it
Don't worry! You can return to us your item up to 30 days after receipt .

Here's how to do it in 3 steps:

1. Contact support at info@wappiot.com to notify that you want to make a return
2. We send you the return procedure
3. Send your article along with the form to the address we will send you by email.

After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund the full amount of your purchase in the form of a voucher.

Return costs remain your responsibility.

-> You received your item but it arrived broken
It happens that your package is shaken during delivery and your item arrives broken.

In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us (within 2 days of receipt) at info@wappiot.com with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, ...)
3. A photo or a video

We will forward your file to our production plant so that they can analyze the problem. If there is indeed a defect or the item has arrived broken or with a defect, you can choose between a refund or a new one, entirely at our expense.
